Adding a Custom Domain to Superstash

Step-by-step guide on how to add a custom domain to your Superstash website.

Superstash allows you to add a custom domain to your website. This guide will walk you through the process of adding a custom domain to your Superstash website.

Adding a custom domain is a feature available only to Pro plan users. If you're on the free plan, you will need to upgrade to the Pro plan to add a custom domain.

Step 1: Navigate to the Domains Page#

First, navigate to the domains page in your Superstash dashboard. This page can be accessed by clicking on the "Domains" option in the navigation menu.

Step 2: Add a New Domain#

On the domains page, click on the "New Domain" button. This will open a form where you can enter the details of your new domain.

Step 3: Enter Your Domain Details#

In the form, enter the name of your domain in the "Domain Name" field. Make sure to include the full domain name, including the www if applicable.

Step 4: Update Your DNS Records#

After adding your domain, you will need to update your DNS records.

Superstash will provide you with the necessary DNS records that you need to add to your domain registrar's DNS settings. These records will look something like this:

Type:A
Name:yourdomain.com.
Value:IPv4_ADDRESS
Type:AAAA
Name:yourdomain.com.
Value:IPv6_ADDRESS

Replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name and IP_ADDRESS with the IP address provided by Superstash.

Step 5: Verify Your Domain#

Once you've updated your DNS records, return to the domains page in Superstash and click on the "Verify" button next to your domain. It may take up to 48 hours for your DNS changes to propagate.

Step 6: Set as Default Domain#

After your domain has been verified, you can set it as your default domain by clicking on the "Set as Default" button next to your domain.

That's it! You've successfully added a custom domain to your Superstash website. If you have any issues or questions, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.
